We deliver across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability in your area.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days depending on your location.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• Free delivery on orders above ₹300
  

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your order along the way.

Occasionally, factors outside our control — courier disruptions, high-demand periods, remote pincodes — can cause delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, write to us at monktreatscommunication@gmail.com and we'll check on it right away.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out to us at monktreatscommunication@gmail.com  within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Share your order number and a photo if applicable — we'll sort it out.
