  • Sitaphal is custard apple — creamy, lightly grainy, and sweet enough that the fruit can lead.
  • The season is short, which is why this scoop does not stay on the shelf all year.
  • We use real pulp, not a sitaphal flavouring. You can taste the difference.
  • Monk fruit stays in the background so nothing comes between you and the fruit.

FAQs

1. Is it safe for diabetics?

Our ice creams are made with a zero glycaemic index sweetener blend, which means they don't cause a blood sugar spike. That said, we always recommend checking with your doctor if you have a specific medical condition — every body is different.

2. Is this really sugar-free?

Yes, completely. We use monk fruit extract and allulose — two natural, plant-based sweeteners with zero refined sugar. Your blood sugar won't spike. No chemicals either. Just real sweetness, the clean way.

3. What's in it?

A2 milk, monk fruit extract, allulose, and real sitaphal pulp. Four ingredients. No added sugar, no artificial flavours.

4. Why is it seasonal?

Because we use real sitaphal, and sitaphal only comes around once a year — typically from August, while the fruit lasts. We won't swap in a flavouring just to keep it on the shelf year-round. Good things are worth waiting for.

5. Does it taste like real sitaphal?

Yes — creamy, fragrant, genuinely sitaphal. Not a synthetic custard-apple note. If you've had sitaphal at the peak of the season, this is that fruit in a scoop.

6. How long does it stay fresh?

Best within 3 months of manufacture. Enjoy within a week of opening for peak flavour.

7. Why does it have a shorter shelf life than regular ice cream?

Clean ingredients, no preservatives. A shorter shelf life is the honest signal that nothing artificial is holding it together.
