Refund & Return Policy

We want every Monk'd experience to be a good one. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right — no runaround.

Our products

Monk'd sells perishable frozen goods (ice cream) and packaged dry goods (sweetener). Because of the nature of these products, we do not accept physical returns. But we absolutely address quality issues.

When we'll make it right

We'll offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your order arrived damaged, melted, or tampered with
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product had a quality issue (off taste, texture, packaging defect)

In these cases, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at monktreatscommunication@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out quickly.

What we can't refund

  • Orders where delivery was delayed due to your unavailability
  • Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed (unless there's a quality issue)

Sweetener (non-perishable)

For our Monk Fruit Sweetener (200g / 1kg), we accept refund requests if the product arrived damaged — within 48 hours of delivery.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you paid via UPI or bank transfer, we'll refund to the same account.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by writing to 9322369509. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
