1. Is it safe for diabetics?

Our ice creams are made with a zero glycaemic index sweetener blend, which means they don't cause a blood sugar spike. That said, we always recommend checking with your doctor if you have a specific medical condition — every body is different.

2. Is this really sugar-free?

Yes, completely. We use monk fruit extract and allulose — two natural, plant-based sweeteners with zero refined sugar. Your blood sugar won't spike. No chemicals either. Just real sweetness, the clean way.

3. What's in it?

A2 milk, monk fruit extract, allulose, and natural Alphonso mango. Four ingredients. No added sugar, no artificial flavours.

4. Why is it seasonal?

Because we use real Alphonso mango, and Alphonsoes only come around once a year — typically March to June. We won't substitute with an inferior mango or an artificial flavour just to keep it on the shelf year-round. Good things are worth waiting for.

5. Does it taste like real aam?

Yes — bold, fragrant, genuinely Alphonso. Not the synthetic yellow mango flavour you find in most commercial ice creams. This one tastes like the last scoop of aamras at a summer family lunch.

6. How long does it stay fresh?

Best within 3 months of manufacture. Enjoy within a week of opening for peak flavour.

7. Why does it have a shorter shelf life than regular ice cream?

Clean ingredients, no preservatives. A shorter shelf life is the honest signal that nothing artificial is holding it together.
